Hi, I'm Diana Socoliuc, Your Somatic Coach

I’m not just a coach — I’m someone who has lived through the work I now guide others through.
For years, I searched for ways to reconnect with myself, to move through the damage of childhood traumas  and heal from depression and self sabatoge. I wanted to stop feeling like my body was working against me. I tried mindset work, talk therapy, self-help, and more — but nothing truly shifted until I turned inward, into the body itself.

That’s when everything changed.

I’m not here because I figured it all out — I’m here because I lived it.
I know what it’s like to carry the invisible weight of trauma. I know the frustration of wanting to change but feeling stuck. And I know the power of finally landing in your body and realizing — you’re not broken. You’re responding, wisely, to everything you've lived through.

My own path has included intense self-work, emotional healing, and nervous system repair. I've come face to face with fear, grief, disconnection, and slowly, over time, I’ve rebuilt from the inside out. That journey has given me both the tools and the compassion to walk alongside others on theirs.

Now, I help others do the same.

My Professional Background

Before I became a coach, I studied anthropology with a focus on the body — how cultures shape our embodiment, how rituals transform experience, and how bodily practices can challenge systems of power. I’ve published academic work on the relationship between body, identity, and political structures, and I continue to explore the meeting point between inner change and collective transformation.

My curiosity about embodied wisdom led me to complete my training at The Somatic School, the first somatic coaching training in the world to receive a level 2 ICF accreditation. I am hence certified to integrate in my coaching practice the  latest neuroscience findings in embodied cognition, neuroplasticity, Focusing, Gestalt, Hakoumi, inner child work while being at the same time trauma informed in polivagal approach, chronic pain relief protocol and embodied emotions - Reja Selva protocol.

I led somatic workshops to educate people on how to integrate polivagal practices blockages and work with limiting beliefs through somatic movement, breath, and experiential techniques. I co-organized the “Sensing is Believing” exhibition — exploring AI-generated visual metaphors for sustainable change in coaching — bridging art, technology, and embodiment.

My work also extends into the cultural space: I work with immigrants and newcomers in Belgium, guiding them through cultural shock, identity shifts, and life transitions. It’s a role that blends mentoring, intercultural dialogue, and emotional support — because transformation is not only individual; it’s relational, social, and systemic.

What Guides Me

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to support you in remembering your wholeness.

I bring my lived experience, my training, and my spiritual practice into every session. I show up as a coach — and as a human being who’s walked the path of trauma, healing, and rebirth.

This work is sacred. It’s personal. And it works — when we listen to the wisdom of the body

Ready to Begin?

If you're curious, nervous, or skeptical — that’s okay. This work meets you where you are, not where you think you "should" be.

You don’t need to push. You just need to begin.

Let’s start a conversation. Your body is already listening.
